I need to shine
I want a spotlight
Are you gonna be mine?
Are you coming tonight?

Will you come watch me play?
Will you come and see me?
But your on the couch and lay
But I want you to jump happily.

I kept looking for you
I wish you were there for me,
You never came through
You made me lose that game sadly.

I stood there like a moron
and someone else told me "shine on"
