It is clear
I can't shed a tear,
It's this thing I fear
Sit down and listen dear.

I can't lose respect
It's something people detect,
Please understand, I'm not perfect
People might think I have a defect.

I'm afraid to grieve
You won't be deceived,
It's something you won't believe
I won't be able to get to my goal I achieve.

No more hi's
Just goodbyes,
My heart dies
Those aren't lies.
